1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the websites, certificate verification systems, APIs, or software applications provided by CodeCraft Consulting Services LLP ("CodeCraft", "we", "our"), including BusBuddy (busbuddy-aus.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Digital Certificate Verification Services
Our certificate verification infrastructure generates and cryptographically validates credentials issued to recipients.
- Certificates are authentic only when validated against our official registry database (`code-craft.co.in/intern/[id]`).
- Any attempt to forge, modify, or tamper with Certificate IDs, QR codes, or PDF credentials constitutes illegal counterfeiting.
- CodeCraft Consulting Services LLP reserves the right to revoke or suspend any certificate record found to be generated in violation of terms.
3. Consulting & Software Delivery Services
Software installation, cloud architecture, and IT consulting services are rendered under standard professional services agreements conforming to NIC 5-digit classification 62091 (Software Installation & Enterprise Services). Project deliverables, milestones, and intellectual property transfers are governed by individual client contracts.
4. BusBuddy Platform Usage
Users of BusBuddy (busbuddy-aus.in) agree to use transit schedules, real-time telemetry, and AI assistance for lawful personal transportation guidance. Automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or reverse engineering of backend telemetry endpoints is strictly prohibited.
